All of my photography sessions are delivered via a private Google Drive link. This link gives you full access to your high-resolution digital images and stays live for one year. You can easily download your photos to your devices, share them with friends or family, or use them for your personal or business brand. This method keeps everything simple, secure, and convenient, whether you’re looking for wedding photography, portrait photography, or professional brand imagery.

I know how much it means to relive the day, and my delivery timelines are clear, reasonable, and often faster than industry averages. Turnaround times can vary depending on the size of your event and the type of deliverables, but here’s a general guideline:

Wedding Photos:
I typically deliver wedding photos within 4–8 weeks after your wedding day. This allows time to carefully cull, edit, and color-correct your best images. If you need your photos sooner, I may be able to offer a rush option for an additional fee.

Lifestyle, Portraits, and Headshots:
For lifestyle or portrait sessions, I usually deliver photos within 3–4 weeks. This gives me time to perfect the edits while keeping your memories fresh.

Corporate or Special Events:
For corporate events, I typically deliver photos within 4–6 weeks, depending on the length and complexity of coverage. I prioritize fast delivery when timely content is important.

I always aim to deliver your memories as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality. I’ll provide an estimated delivery date in your contract and keep you updated throughout the editing process.

Absolutely! If you’d like more images than what’s included in your selected package, additional edited digital photos can be purchased for $25–$30 each depending on the session type. This gives you flexibility to expand your online gallery with extra shots from your wedding, portrait session, lifestyle shoot, or commercial project. Every image is carefully edited to maintain cinematic quality and consistency across your collection.

Domestic Travel
All wedding and elopement packages include coverage within a standard radius of 75 miles from Venice, FL. Travel beyond this radius may incur additional fees for transportation and accommodations.

Destination Weddings & Elopements
For events outside the included travel radius or requiring flights, I offer transparent travel pricing:

• Mileage: $0.72/mile for round-trip driving beyond the included radius

• Lodging: Required for multi-day trips or events more than 75 miles away

• Flights/Transportation: For air travel, clients cover flights and necessary ground transportation

Certain destination events may also qualify for pricing incentives if travel is coordinated as part of your event plans. This allows me to bring my full creative energy to your day while keeping things reasonable for you!

International Travel
I’m happy to travel internationally for weddings, elopements, and creative projects. Travel costs, including airfare, lodging, transportation, and visas (if required), are the responsibility of the client. A customized quote will be provided to account for travel logistics, customs, and local regulations.

What to Expect

Yes, you can add extra hours to any session for $100 per hour. This is ideal if you want to shoot at multiple locations, need extended coverage for a wedding, or want additional time for a lifestyle or commercial photography session. By offering flexible timing, I can capture more moments, ensure a variety of images, and create a richer digital gallery tailored to your story.

Yes! For commercial and brand photography, I provide a digital license that allows you to use your images online, on social media, websites, or marketing campaigns. Extended usage rights are available as an add-on for larger campaigns or multi-platform use. All photos are delivered in high-resolution digital format, ensuring your brand looks professional and polished across every platform.

I understand that life happens! Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the session, your retainer may be non-refundable. I always strive to work with clients to find a new date that fits their schedule. This policy applies to all session types, including weddings, portraits, lifestyle photography, and commercial shoots, so you can plan with confidence knowing your investment is protected.
